Housing Opportunities for Avery Point Students
The University of Connecticut Avery Point campus does not have University owned on-campus housing available. The campus has, however, forged relationships with several apartment complexes in the Groton community where our students choose to live.
Inclusion of any property or rental unit on this website does not not constitute, and shall not be construed or reported as (1) an endorsement or approval by the University of Connecticut or Off Campus Partners of the landlord, its properties, or its business practices, or (2) a warranty or representation by the University of Connecticut or Off Campus Partners as to the equality, safety or other features of such property and/or its owners or management agent(s). The University of Connecticut and Off Campus Partners expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any problems that may arise with regard to such property or rental units or with regard to disputes between landlords and tennants concerning such property or rental units. All prospective tennants are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a prospective rental unit or landlord.
Two undergraduate students serve as "Community Leader Advocates" to act as resources to students living independently in the local community, to coordinate social and educational programs that facilitate a network of students, and to help solve problems that may arise among roommates.
