Campus Cancellations/Closings/Delayed Openings

If the Avery Point campus closes due to weather or other emergencies, you will hear an announcement on local radio and television stations (WAVE (102.3), WICH (1310), WCTY, WNLC (98.7), WTYD (100.9), WKCD (107.7), WHCN (105.9).  Otherwise, you may call Avery Point at 405-9020; a recorded message will tell you the status of campus activities.  Please remember that the Storrs campus may be closed when Avery Point is not and vice-versa.  For Storrs campus closing, check the main UConn website at Http://www.uconn.edu.  When individual classes are canceled, a note is usually posted outside the classroom door.
